Hi, I’m Kristina!  I’m a mother of 4, a wife to a busy husband, a hair dresser and a Certified CrossFit Trainer!  I’m here because I love to educate people on being  Fit and healthy!  My goal is to give you tips, encourage, motivate you and to help you be more confident.   I want women everywhere to know that skinny is not “in shape”.  Curves on a woman shows that you are strong and healthy.  Please feel free to leave any comments or questions!  I would love to reach out and answer anything that you’re curious about!
